Intuitive Eating and HAES Resources

Building a peaceful relationship with food and your body takes time, and you may find yourself needing a little extra support on your journey. Luckily, there are lots of resources out there to help you. Below are some of my favorite intuitive eating and HAES resources, including social media accounts, books, and podcasts.

1. Instagram accounts

The rule of thumb with Instagram accounts is this: if it doesn’t make you feel good about yourself, give it the boot. And while you’re at it, why not diversify the feed a bit to include different body types? Below are some vetted accounts that will validate your food and body struggles, and support you in integrating new health principles and concepts.

Dietitians

Doctors

Therapists

Activists

Personal Trainers/Fitness Influencers

Fashion Influencers
