  • Takes you through phase II (reintroduction) and III (maintenance) of the low FODMAP diet. Indicated for those who have undertaken phase I on their own.
  • Four sessions include:
    • One 90-minute comprehensive assessment to review protocol for phase II testing
    • One 45-minute follow-up midway through phase II to ensure testing is going smoothly
    • One 45-minute follow-up to review final test results and transition you to maintenance phase
    • One 30-minute follow-up 2 months after conclusion of diet to assist you with any remaining issues
  • Recipe and meal guidance
  • Unlimited email support between sessions

Sessions in-person or virtual.

  • Takes you through phases I (elimination), II (reintroduction) and III (maintenance) of the low FODMAP diet.
  • Six sessions include:
    • One 90-minute comprehensive assessment prior to initiating four weeks of the low FODMAP diet
    • One 15-minute phone check-in during week 2 of phase I
    • One 45-minute session to review protocol for phase II testing
    • One 45-minute follow-up midway through phase II to ensure testing is going smoothly
    • One 45-minute follow-up to review final test results and transition you to maintenance phase
    • One 30-minute follow-up 2 months after conclusion of diet to assist you with any remaining issues
  • Recipe and meal guidance
  • Unlimited email support between sessions
